LinkedIn Learning: As an Intact employee, you'll have access to educational content that enables you to learn at your own pace, anytime and anywhere. The platform offers thousands of online courses and training videos that help develop skills you may want to acquire or improve relevant to personal and professional growth.

Intact's Digital Library: At Intact, we are dedicated to supporting your professional development through our Employee Promise. Our new Digital Library is a free resource for all employees, offering a curated selection of eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, and more. This library is designed to align with our values, workplace culture, and leadership success factors, to enable you to grow and succeed.

For managers

Manager Development Program: As a manager, supervisor or team lead, our Manager Development Program brings these groups together across the US and provides facilitated support by our Learning & Development team on a wide range of topics each month, such as “Leading with Emotional Intelligence,” “Managing Priorities and Delegation” and “Strategic Thinking,” as examples.

For Leaders

Leadership Development Program: The Program, facilitated by a third-party vendor Crestcom, offers leadership development skills to our mid-level leaders at Intact. The 12-month program will cover 24 diverse topics relevant to leadership development.

VP Ivy League Business School Program: Our exclusive program, designed for newly appointed VPs, combines the rigorous insights of Ivy League education with the practical expertise of Intact's leadership. This immersive experience equips leaders with the skills to navigate and thrive during periods of challenge and transformation.


Leadership success factors

Our leaders play an important role in modeling our leadership success factors for our teams across the organization. These factors outline what we expect from our current and future leaders at Intact. They help guide us make a difference in our roles and contribute to a workplace where people feel they can bring their best every day. They are deeply integrated into our business and are used for employee development, succession planning and promotion decisions.
